Australian Based Website for All Your Bearded Dragon Needs.
Currently there are websites that have a similar purpose, however, they are specific to the US and are not very useful for an Australian audience. The reasons being, that we have different seasonal vegetables so when looking for nutritional lists, it is hard to identify fruits and vegetables that can be accessed in Australia. Additionally, there are differences in brands for supplements such as calcium which is a required part of a Bearded Dragon's diet. Also, there are lots of terrarium parts which can not be accessed in Australia and have other names.
ABOUT ME
I am currently finialising my bachelor degree in science. Through this my focus has been marine science and science communications. This has lead me to dip deeper into my passion of biology and zoology. Along with this, I have experience working in zoos in Australia with a speciality in herpatology and marine biology, where I was dealing with beardies on the daily. I am also lucky enough to gain experience more specifically on beareded dragons through owning them !. Over the past 3 years I have had been caring and honing in my husbandry skills.
